Installation and Operation
1)Fixing the vacuum pump and vacuum tube, fixed damping pad screws on bracket to
prevent noise.
2)Taking off the inlet dust cap Connecting the vacuum pump, vacuum tube and vacuum booster with vacuum hose.
3)Installing the check valve between vacuum tube and pump. Connecting the inlet and
vacuum tube, tighten the vacuum controller by wrench.
4)Vacuum controller installation uses adjustable wrench or NO.12 open-end wrench
(tools do not touch the plastic edge), fastening thread specification is G1 / 8". Force
uniform and slow, torque range is 3±0.2N.m.
5) HDZKB vacuum pump motor is a brush motor, positive and negative polarity can be
reversed; Use of auxiliary mounting plate and rubber shock pad, mounted the vacuum
pump horizontally on a stable stand, tighten the screws to prevent loosening. torque
range is 4.5±0.2N.m
6)Motor connectors with AMP282104-1 sheathed, pin defined that hole NO.1 for 24V +,
hole NO.2 for 24V-, Reserved harness is covered by black shrink tube. Customer service
side with AMP 282080-1 sheathed.

Precautions
1)Brush motor should be replaced once a brush work 10000h HDZKB vacuum pump should be mounted horizontally, vacuum head direction is
divided into vertically upwards and downwards
2)Vacuum controller is a high-precision product, and its black plastic case is strictly
prohibited by force at any time, no collision, extrusion, twisting, scratching and pulling.
